Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PhantomsNetwork collects, handles, and protects your personal data across our complete self-hosted environment. This encompasses our hybrid Minecraft servers, cloud storage architectures, media streaming components, and unified community platforms. Because we maintain private infrastructures, your information remains strictly isolated from commercial telemetry tracking and advertising networks.

1. Information We Collect & Database Mapping

To support proper persistent states, account security, and active functional options, our database systems map specific fields relative to your user index:

  • Authentication Metrics: To accommodate both Premium and Offline players on our game networks and handle site access, we securely store your username, email strings, and cryptographically encrypted password arrays.
  • Relational & Community Metadata: We record user-generated logs directly tied to your ID, including file parameters uploaded to our cloud storage, in-game progress metrics, watchlist configurations, playback history indices, and text comments.
  • Connection Records: We register IP tracking entries, session lengths, and connection details to block network bot attacks and verify active access parameters.

2. Functional Data Utilization

We do not use your information for advertisement profiling or tracking targets. Your parameters are queried purely to handle server operations and network features:

  • Verification Checkpoints: Assuring valid sign-ins, resolving account links, and shielding personal assets from unauthorized sessions.
  • Relational Lookups: Delivering your personal watchlists, custom cloud file directories, streaming logs, and text responses seamlessly to your client window.
  • Network Safety: Investigating server anomalies, enforcing community guidelines, and processing necessary security bans.

3. Third-Party Sharing Restrictions

We implement a strict zero-sale data baseline. Your mapped database records are never traded, leased, or broadcasted out to commercial marketing platforms or data aggregators. The only exception is if we are compelled to share data components by a valid legal directive issued by authorized law enforcement structures.

4. Autonomy & The Right to Be Forgotten

You preserve full structural control over your account presence. You have the explicit right to extract a raw summary mapping the data elements linked to your active profile index. Furthermore, we honor a full Right to be Forgotten directly inside our dashboard layers. Triggering account deletion systematically cleanses your record inside the profile directory and runs immediate cascade removal scripts across the cluster, erasing your comments, custom cloud files, watchlists, and game histories permanently.

5. Self-Hosted Infrastructure & Data Continuity Risks

Disclaimer on Data Permanence: PhantomsNetwork is a self-hosted community project running entirely on private physical server hardware allocations. Because these nodes run outside corporate cloud datacenters, server-side storage arrays are not fully redundant. While we handle systematic automated checks, hardware fatigue or unplanned storage drive errors can lead to unexpected database corruption or absolute data loss. We explicitly advise users against employing system variables, application history profiles, or cloud directories as the solitary storage location for critical or irreplaceable personal records.
