The following Legal Notice and Terms of Service apply to your use of all digital properties, services, and setups managed under the PhantomsNetwork ecosystem. This covers our hybrid Minecraft servers, community platforms, self-hosted cloud storage systems, database frameworks, and media streaming applications. By connecting to our infrastructures, registering an account, or using our platforms, you explicitly agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Conduct

By registering a profile, utilizing our services, or interacting within our community spaces, you commit to acting respectfully toward all community members and staff elements. PhantomsNetwork is a privately owned and managed server environment. The administration reserves the complete right to mute, kick, ban, modify, or permanently restrict access to any user account index or player profile at any time, for any reason—including platform disruption, validation abuse, griefing, or harassment—with or without prior notification.

2. Third-Party Content & Media Streams Disclaimer

Our media interfaces dynamically communicate with external data streams, open metadata repositories (such as AniList), and independent media server networks. PhantomsNetwork acts strictly as a structural presentation interface for these features and does not host, upload, maintain, or permanently store visual streaming files or custom subtitle distributions on its core systems. We hold no liability regarding the operational safety, legal statuses, or copyright policies of these independent external networks.

3. Limitation of Liability & Non-Redundant Infrastructure Notice

All software layers, platform services, game environments, and storage options within the PhantomsNetwork cluster are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" layout. Because we operate as a private, self-hosted infrastructure, our server environments are not fully redundant. We offer no performance guarantees or uptime mandates. We are explicitly excluded from any liability regarding:

  • Downtime: Routing issues, hardware failures, unexpected network outages, database synchronizations, or extended system upgrade windows.
  • Data Continuity & Loss: Deletion or corruption of files hosted on our cloud storage, in-game inventory resets, lost world progress, or playback tracking history failures resulting from non-redundant configurations.
  • External Actions: Malicious unauthorized breaches, network attacks, or client-side account security compromises.

4. Mojang / Microsoft Disclaimer

Not an Official Minecraft Product: PhantomsNetwork is an independently operated community and is not affiliated with, approved by, or supported by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. "Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All custom layouts, design tokens, graphic elements, status-checking arrays, and proprietary source code implementations managed under our domains remain our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, data-scraping, or cloning of our infrastructure interfaces without explicit written authorization is completely prohibited. Content generated by users within the game environments remains subject to gameplay norms and scheduled server map resets.

6. Modifications to these Terms

We reserve the right to revise or amend these structural terms dynamically as our platform modules and physical servers scale. Changes will be deployed via interface notices or our community announcement channels. Continued interaction with our services following updates establishes automatic acceptance of the altered conditions.
